"Not Every Gift Is A Gift" is a dark fantasy horror print built around a cracked, rune-etched relic held out in an open palm — fractures running through ancient scrollwork as molten orange light and smoke pour from within. A shadowed, staff-bearing figure looms behind, half-lost in the same smoke, watching the moment unfold.
